(hereinafter referred to as Visee Medical) By construction and acquisition, Visee Medical is fully holding or controlling 4 subsidiaries: Weihai Visee Medical Devices Co., Ltd., Beijing Longzhoufeidu Application Institute of Shape Memory Alloys, Tianjin Huanhu Medical Devices Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Visee Medical Devices Co., Ltd.;
The main direction of products includes: interventional devices for the treatment of congenital heart diseases, such as ASD, VSD occluders, etc.; interventional devices for the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases, such as electrolytic detachable coils, cerebrovascular stents, etc.; interventional devices such as biliary stents, esophageal stents, other products for the treatment of the digestive tract diseases or non-vascular diseases; interventional devices for the treatment of peripheral vascular diseases, such as aortic stent grafts system, inferior vena cava filters and peripheral vascular stents; interventional devices for the treatment of cardiac electrophysiological diseases, such as the diagnostic mapping catheters, radiofrequency ablation catheters, etc.
 The direction of research and development in our company is to constantly enrich and improve the above five series of the product portfolio, and to continuously develop new interventional devices, eventually benefiting for patients and serving to the society.
Visee Medical has been optimizing its management with the help of WEGO Group. A group of outstanding management personnel and R&D personnel have been attracted and introduced to form a professional management team and an R&D team.
A new high-standard factory of 8000 m2 has been built in Shanghai, of which contains a class-10,000 cleanzone of 2,500 m2, and a new R&D center of more than 1,000 m2 has also been founded.
The medium-term development goal for the company is to catch up with the domestic first-class companies in the same industry within 5 years or so, regardless of company size, product quality and R&D technological capacity.
